Good afternoon BP!

I hope you all have had a productive day. There has been a lot of talk around town we will be hitting a big recession, when do you think this will happen? Are you holding off on buying right now and waiting for when it hits? What are your thoughts?

Crazy. At least on the mortgage side of business, we are seeing improvements in rates and mortgage applications are up 28%.
