We are looking to create a new opportunity for our members to discuss the BiggerPockets books we are reading. We would love to start with Real Estate By the Numbers, as there's a lot of opportunities for discussion. We would plan to do one part per week with an initial guided question and opportunities for discussion on other questions or insight gleaned from that section. I ordered a copy and am very excited to read it. I've listened to them both speak about the book on their podcast, and it sounds very informative. I'll have more to contribute after I've read it. Looking forward to it!
