Hi I am new to BiggerPockets and to RE investment. What's the best way to scout for investment opportunities - Rentals, Flipping. I am not a broker, so I do not know the resources that are available. Thanks!

Find a great real estate agent in the area you are looking at investing who also invests themselves. Utilize their expertise to help you not only find a property, but learn the ropes of being a landlord, tenant vetting etc.
