Search Tool Needed for analysis of square foot pricing in cities

Hello! My husband and I are looking to invest in East Tennessee. We are wondering if anyone in the BP community knows of a search tool that can show you an comparative analysis of different selection criteria, such as price per square foot or price per acreage in the cities of East Tennessee. Such as Knoxville, Pigeon Ford, Sevierville, Gatlinburg etc. 

Any help is greatly appreciated!
