Has anyone here heard of or dealt with a company called Strongbrook ?

A member of my REI club has been pushing them, they offer "turnkey" investments" in Orlando, Vegas, and other markets.

They offer property management, design a portfolio for you etc. They discuss refi and cashing out and selling of then moving to free and clear investments.

Just curious to see what anyone here knows about them??

MLM for finding real estate investors. They make money, investors wonder what happened to the return.
