how to refinance properties that are on my LLC name but not on my

how to refinance properties that are on my LLC name but not on my name. Many lenders refusing to refinance as the properties are in my LLC. Should i quit claim property to my name refiance and then again quit claim back to LLC? Whic type of banks or lenders can do refinance on properties that are LLC?

Please advise. Thanks in advance
