Silver Stream Advisors - Any feedback on this firm?

This company has turn key rental pools available for purchase in multiple markets. Does anyone have any experience with them good or bad? They also have a funding arm that I am most interested in where they promise me 10% on my money, 1st position and 50% LTV. Any feedback is appreciated.
