Response.com Real Estate System
I recently attend a "free" real estate investing seminar, which didn't provide much information. Kevin O'Leary (from Shark Tank) was one of the speakers. Any way, since there wasn't much useful information tried to sell you a 3-day seminar (cost $1,000) where they would teach you the ins-and-out of real estate investing. I bought into the 3-day. At the end of the 3-day, I was not much better off and still was not prepared to begin investing in RE. At that 3-day, they tried to sell you on their advanced programs, which was in excess of $25,000, and included another 3-day seminar (Boots on the Ground). Although they seemed to know what they were talking about, I felt that at best I had been bait and switched.
Does anyone have any experience with the Response.com system? If so, what are your thoughts? I am still very interested in learning the RE investing business and am looking for the best way to get started... a map/guide.

I don't know anything about the Response.com system. I do know the real "system" is milking $25k out of as many suckers as possible. The buzz words and gurus change, but the system is always the same.
