Looking for property manager NE Portland

I’m looking for a recommendation for my friend who has some rentals in NE Portland.  He lives over here in the central part of the state and is burnt out on going back and forth.  Just had his renters move out and he needs a reliable manager to take over.  These homes get good rent and are in the Alberta district which apparently is a great location.
