Loopnet Scam question ???

I wanted to reach out to the BP community to see if anyone has had similar experiences with loopnet.  I found a good looking deal for a triplex on loopnet, I had my agent contact the listing agent to see if we could take a look at the property.  No response from the listing agent for 5 days now.  Now I'm looking at the listings in the same area and see the same description, price, and photos for a different address.  So I started to look at google maps of both addresses and neither street looks remotely similar to the photos. 

So I called Loopnet's help phone number to report a scam on their site, and as soon as I gave them the address to report the lady hung up the phone on me.  

Has anyone seen this before in their area before?  Is loopnet a legit site to be looking on?  I appreciate any help or insight into this matter.

@Neal Cochran if it is any solace, I've never seen a deal that's too good to be true on loop net. Most of the time, I think 'Who'd pay that?'
