Broker suggestions in Florida (Tampa, Orlando) or Dallas?
Hi All! A belated happy 2017. I'm a starter, looking for multi-family properties in Florida (Tampa, Orlando) and Texas (Dallas, San Antonio). I've spoken to a number of brokers, none of whom are bad. I've been told that its crucial to identify specific individuals who can help you source the best deals. Might anyone have any recommendations? My ideal deal size would be 1-2.5MM - smaller than most commercial brokers like, which is making it harder to find the best fit.
Thanks in advance!
