Hi Columbus investors! Would anyone be kind enough to recommend a RE broker they really liked?

Post: Market suggestions: Rental property and Holiday Home

Hi folks,

We are a family of 4. We currently live in San Francisco, however we are moving to Miami, Florida next year

We would like to buy a holiday home that we could rent out when are not using it (for most of the year).

We haven't decided on whether we are doing the short-term or long-term rental route. I don't want the hassle of AirBNB management, but might consider using a really strong local property management company.

What markets should we look at? We are thinking about:

- San Diego, California

- Maui or Honolulu in Hawaii (it seems really expensive). We have the $$ but the rental yield seems poor.

- Saint Petersburg?

- Turks and Caicos?

Anywhere you might suggest?

Hi folks.

I have been procrastinating. But I would finally like to start investing in long-term rentals.

Does anyone have any excellent realtors they might recommend? We live in San Francisco, California.

Separately, are there any Long-term rental markets that one might suggest for a mix of rental income and appreciation?

Kusum.

Hi All! I'm seeking to speak with any folks who have the All-Markets package from AirDNA. I'm seeking the data to evaluate potential cities to focus on. Since AirDNA doesn't offer a trial, I'd love to speak with folks who are currently using it. Thank you so much!

Hi everyone! I'm just getting started on buying SFH / Small Multi-Family Homes in Florida. I'd love to speak with folks who have been successful in this market. Ideally having purchased homes in the last 1-3 years.

- Which cities in Florida? I'm open. I'm moving to Miami so Miami would be ideal but might not make sense.

- What type of real estate? I'd like to buy a few SFH or a small MF and take it from there.

I'd really appreciate it. I have some time on my hands, so looking to be (somewhat) active. I.E. I am NOT looking for a syndicate.

Thank you so much in advance!!

Hello!

We own 3 small, shopping strips in Georgia and South Carolina. So far, we manage our payroll, etc manually. We're looking for a more scalable, software solution. I.E. Is anyone aware of a software solution that will enable us to:

- Collect payments from tenants and make sure we are getting the right amount, on time.

- Ensure we are allocating our CAM expenses appropriately.

We checked out Appfolio, but it requires 50 units and we only have 3. Any suggestions would be GREAT.

Hi, folks. We're buying a home in San Francisco through a trust. I think we need a California-based attorney in order to do so. The one we were recommended is charging $5K. Does anyone know of a more affordable one? Or a more affordable way of doing this? Thank you!
