Vision Property Management / Kaja Holdings 2 LLC

Hey guys, I was checking out the owner of a property I had my eye on and found the property owner to be Kaja Holdings 2 LLC and googled them. I wanted to post this to warn my fellow investors about them, they do lease-to-owns buying houses dirt cheap from banks and sell them via LTO for often 600% more without doing any work to them. Some are even condemned by the city. Just figured I would post since I seen a few threads of people asking about the company. Here is a link to a news story.

Im in the process of purchasing a brick 2 unit from them. You have to do the homework yourself. I went to the county assesor and found out the taxes are current and no back taxes are owed. Contacted another department to find out if there were any city violations needed to be paid and there werent any. Tommorow Im headed to county office to make sure there are no liens against the property. After that my contractor will be taking a look at the foundation and roof for me before i place any deposit. Ill return here to post exactly how things went. @Samantha Klein

Came across them in Marion, IN. County info. Also, here's a link to their CL listing as long as it'll last. https://kokomo.craigslist.org/reo/d/marion-in-3-beds/6405671804.html

Thanks for posting.  I just came across one of these near me, but I believe it is being posted by the lease holder.  Here is another article...

@Chase London I run into one as well. I'm going to do my due diligence as well. How was yours turned out?

Does anyone have contact information? It seems they are currently in a lawsuit, and I need to contact them regarding one of their properties.

@Sharon Whitworth

I believe They have closed down their older funds and probably whatever left they will let go to tax sale. We used to see them very active on selling product but had heard they winded down things

Not sure what name they go by today if it’s still vision or not

    I had looked it up a while back and a lady was paying property taxes on it in the local area. But I can’t remember her name so I will call the courthouse today. Apparently she hired someone to do some work and someone didn’t pay for it and the worker came and removed everything as you can see from the pictures.
