anyone heard of Pretium mortgage acquisition trust in texas. we are negotiating a management contract with them and they r very hard to reach ,  not a lot of info on them, and something seems off. Dont wanna say too much prematurely. excuse my text im on my phone. thanx. also there are ppl living n the home in question
