As far as some owners...not u of course want privacy and all that. Us professional skip tracers Crack all that lol. Ijs excuse my text im in the car. As a professional "skipper" and from working with alot of cases/ situations involving R.E. the whole LLC is useless if privacy is what are seeking

anyone heard of Pretium mortgage acquisition trust in texas. we are negotiating a management contract with them and they r very hard to reach ,  not a lot of info on them, and something seems off. Dont wanna say too much prematurely. excuse my text im on my phone. thanx. also there are ppl living n the home in question
