Anyone use Usleadslist.com

So I got a call today from a lady from Usleadslist.com and she apparently just goes on google and starts searching for 'I buy houses' and then calls them up and ask to send them something.

I agreed to let her send me something and I basically got a pre-generated email with some history of them and what they do along with some testimonials. I don't disagree with the generated email as I'm sure they're sending out a lot of emails all the time.

I checked out their website and must I wasn't impressed and it seems like they're selling you something you can readily and easily get yourself with little to no effort and it seems like all they do give you names and nothing else really to go off of.

So my question is to anyone here that has used them, have you been successful with them? are the leads any good or should I forget about them like I'm sure I will end up doing?
