Hi, Guillermo, I joined Fortune Builders last August. And my experience has been nothing but world class. Yes its is spendy. But honestly you can lose that much on your first flip not knowing what your are doing, that is how we looked at it. Within one year we flipped 2 houses that made us profit. What has been helpful is the education, Its basically online schooling on Rehabbing and Real Estate. You then have coaches that you talk to every so often to help you with your business and implementing the systems. We were very skeptical when we were at the seminar. We asked the people is this really legit. I have had a great experience so far. Has it been easy OOOOOOO HECKKKKKKK NOOOO Its has been a lot of work and it is not easy or success over night its a hard business. and the education is what we really valued and a the access to the network of the other FB students across the nation.
