How to use a self directed IRA with checkbook control

Hi, Guillermo, I joined Fortune Builders last August. And my experience  has been nothing but world class. Yes its is spendy. But honestly you can lose that much on your first flip not knowing what your are doing, that is how we looked at it. Within one year we flipped 2 houses that made us profit. What has been helpful is the education, Its basically online schooling on Rehabbing and Real Estate. You then have coaches that you talk to every so often to help you with your business and implementing the systems. We were very skeptical when we were at the seminar. We asked the people is this really legit. I have had a great experience so far. Has it been easy OOOOOOO HECKKKKKKK NOOOO Its has been a lot of work and it is not easy or success over night its a hard business. and the education is what we really valued and a the access to the network of the other FB students across the nation.

Thanks Ryland. It's definitely about finding the deal. I would like to get into new construction or a heavy remodel.

Any Seattle wholesalers out there we are rehabbing properties and are looking to find another project.

Yes thay do have a fee. But when no banks will lend to you, shoot you have to do what you have to. Lol especially when you have a smoking deal.

Hi Jerry we used them and we had a positive experience. They opened up a total of 60k in total lines of credit. All 0 percent for 18months. This allowed us to finish one of our flips. About 40k we could cash advance the remainder we can only use to charge.
