Working for Networth Reality?

As I have mentioned, I plan on getting my realtors lisince once I move back to Colorado around May of 2017. I am currently in Houston and looking for job in sales, or real estate. I am looking for a job managing properties, maybe as a lease agent for an apartment complex  (second question, do you think that would be helpful for managing my own properties eventually?)

On Craigslist, I stumbled upon Networth Realty looking for people to pitch properties to investors.  This sounds like my dream job and something that would provide great experience. 

I looked it up on glass door and it had great reviews, but they all said basically the same thing. Then I saw a review claiming the positive reviews were all smoke and mirrors and that they basically make people go around placing "We buy ugly houses" signs everywhere and it's not very legit 

Does anybody have any experience with this company? It's compensation and standard of work? 

I have no problem doing hardwork and working long hours as long as I am getting either great compensation or invaluable training and making great connections.

this company is one of the worst I have ever run into in my 42 years in the bizzness..

@Rick Baggenstoss  I grew up in Glenn Garry glen ross my dad was a land man just like Al Pacino... and Jack Lemmon would have done better if he did what my dad did.. my dad bought a printing press and I had to make door hangers after work then on weekends I had to put them out door to door.. so my dad got 20 leads a week and did not use the company leads like everyone else.. soon was number one then in 2 years started his own company... thanks for the memories..

my exerpince with this company is on the front lines one of my vendors bought a property through these yahoos  total fabrication on the rehab and resale value these guys are ruthless in their approach and in my mind have little concern other than to make a fee and move on totally CAVEAT EMPTOR if working with these folks.. I have had other of my clieints bring in deals that were offered by these dudes and I refused to fund them.. won't do it.. they are not getting a dime from me or  my guys.
