I am looking for investment opportunities and came across this company. Their website (

http://www.estero-investments.com/ ) advertises 14 to 16% return in investment. Even if you bring down optimistic rent expectation in Charlotte, NC area, it still seems like a good investment on paper. Is there a catch? Does anybody have a experience with this company?
