Networth Realty?

Hello BP!

Has anyone worked with Networth Realty? They basically sit down with you and show you the properties that they buy and give you an estimate on how much you could potentially can sell it for. HOWEVER, I don't plan on buying a property from them UNLESS I do my due diligence on the properties that I may want to buy from them in the future. That being said, I have sat down and talked with NetWorth Realty and told me about one of their programs. They are very nice and respectful and told me the best way to start out is to send them the lead of a property and the address, Tell them exactly how much I want to make assuming $5000-$10,000 and if the numbers are right for them and for myself, they cut me a check of $5,000 or so if they close on it. Has anyone worked with them in this way? I plan on working with them in this way but not if there is something fishy about it.

Thanks guys!
