MrLandlord.com Debt Reporting Service

I've seen several people on the forums mention using MrLandlord.com for tenant screening, but has anyone used their debt reporting service for debt collection against delinquent ex-tenants? We'd love to hear any feedback anyone has on whether or not the service was effective or worth it.

Since you can't garnish wages in Texas, we don't have much hope of actually collecting against our deadbeat ex-tenant, but at the minimum we do want to report it to the credit bureaus so it goes on their credit report and can (hopefully) save another landlord some pain. If we can actually recover some of the loss using a debt collection service, that would just be a bonus.

I tried it roughly 2 years ago. Nothing. No follow up, no feedback, nothing. Don’t waste your money.
