Hello fellow Investors,

I started a cleaning service specifically for the real estate industry and to help investors in the DC, MD and Virginia area get the properties on the market quicker. And I need your feedback so that I can meet your needs and provide excellent service to you all. Kindly drop your response to these short 5 questions below. Thanks!

1. Do you hire out a cleaning crew or get the job done yourself?

2. What types of cleaning jobs would you hire a cleaning crew for?

3. How often do you hire a cleaning crew?

4. What is the most you would be willing to pay and what's the least?

5. Do you have a time frame expectation for getting the job done?
