Buttross Properties in Austin, TX

Good Afternoon BiggerPockets

Has anyone heard of/worked with Buttross Properties based in Austin Texas?

I came across a FSBO listing in my area of Western New York, and the number led me to this office/company. I've been emailing back and forth with one of their Realtors, and she's made it sound like they do a lot of REO wholesaling around the country entirely over the phone. Anyone have any experience with this?

This particular property is HAMMERED, and there’s no way I would be willing to make an offer based on nothing more than pictures…which they apparently do? They also offer financing, so I think that might play into their strategy quite a bit.

I’d love to hear if anyone has worked with them, good or bad. Or even had any experience with a company doing something similar.

Thanks!
