has any one heard of net worth reality? They supposiably find good deals for investors.

they have a fairly large presence here in Dallas. In my opinion both they and New Western inflate their ARV's and cherry pick comps to support them. I have also found some of their "deals" where they have an MLS listed property under contract and are trying to "wholesale" it above the MLS list price. 2 weeks ago one of their acquisition specialists called me to see if I had any properties I was having difficulty finding buyers for. I told them that, in the current market in DFW, you would have to be a complete moron to not be able to sell a deal...of course, if it isn't really a deal, then that's a different problem! The guy told me he would like to hear from me, if I had anything I would be wiling to flip to him that he could wholesale. Said it didn't matter what the numbers were as long as he could add a couple of thousand to the top of the deal.

Now, you can take that information and interpret it anyway you want. ;-)
