Has anyone had any experience with www.foreclosureS.com and Alexis Mcgee (president)? The claim is that her website (which is different than www.foreclosure.com without the S) was the first foreclosure site online. She offers personalized coaching for $5000. I'm not considering this however I was just curious as to feedback since I did a search in the forums and found nothing pertaining specifically to this. Thanks ya'll

@Chris Cooper , @Ryan Dossey is correct.  You'll need to find someone to help you work the short sale if you don't know what you are doing and you won't find out if the bank will accept your offer, or if they'll counter until you are working it.  90% of the time they will want too much.  But the 10% that work may make your effort worth while.
