I'm looking to use some sort of property management/accounting software soon. I know there is QB out there but does anyone have experience with Rentec Direct?

Hi @Logan Hassinger - First and foremost, I'm pleased you found a product that worked well for you. I'm curious what feature(s) caused you to choose Buildium over Rentec.  I personally oversee our development team and getting client feedback is super important to me on what we do right, and especially what we may not be doing right.  Happy to receive a PM if you prefer, but we're always looking to improve the product and we're especially supportive of the BP crowd.
