Finding foreclosures through foreclosures.com

Hello,

I was curious if anybody has paid for the services offered by foreclosures.com and if so what is your experience with it? Did you find deals that can't be found elsewhere?

I see that BP has a link to them in their 'resources' tab and I just thought I would ask before starting a free trial.

In my experience most of the foreclosure homes I have found on other websites just came from the fannie mae website (homepath), BUT after searching through the 'find foreclosures' tab in the resources section of BP there seems to be more options there.

Anything helps. Thanks all!
