Has anyone heard about investing in the Go Zone? Someone just called the office phone with some spiel about 50% depreciation in the first year and putting tenants in place to lease/purchase who will cash out in 3 years (I think).

Sorry-- I don't even understand this well enough to post a good question :oops:

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
