Does anyone know this company:"InvestorUSA" for Houston Texas market?

Hi All,

I am new to real estate investing and researching to see what kind of opportunities exist in Houston, TX before I saw a presentation by above company claiming to secure profitable deals for interested investors in Texas, having done same in Arizona,Phoenix. Has anyone had any transactions with this company? What is their tract record and how realistic are their claims? Are these verifiable?
