Anyone has experience with Partner Driven Real Estate Company ??

Jatinder Saini
Posted

Does anyone have any recent experience working with Partner Driven Real Estate Company?

I was contacted by their sales team and offered 100% financing of the tuition fee which will be around $15,000. They offer their support by coaching, software for finding/tracking deals(off-market -pre-auction houses), and team support while making deals, also do financing of 100% of deals and split the profit  50/50. They are asking for some done payment & then monthly payment, which varied from the 2 sales reps, who contacted me.

1st representative $2500 Down and then monthly payments till $10,000
2nd representative $1500 Down and then monthly payments till $15,000($5000 higher than the initial offer)

How much you can make as a side hustle if you are on a full-time job as well?

How quickly you can start making money with them?

Is it worth investing $15000 to start with partner-driven as they will still take 50% of the profit in the future?

Please share your feedback, Thank you so much in advance. Have a great day.

I know nothing about the company but their promises sound like what most others offer and what few deliver. Save your money, put in 3 to 4 hours per day of study (YouTube, BP, other sites) until you are confident this is what you want to do. The difference in price between two reps at the same company should already raise red flags for you.

Hi Jatinder,

Great questions, and I’m glad you’re doing your due diligence. As one of the owners of Partner Driven, I can provide some insights into our program.

Consistent Offerings and Pricing

I apologize for any inconsistencies you’ve experienced with our sales team. The initial fee structure should be transparent and consistent. Typically, we offer a down payment followed by monthly payments, covering the tuition fee and providing comprehensive support. It sounds like there might have been some miscommunication, and I’ll make sure this is addressed internally.

What We Offer

  • 100% Deal Financing: We cover the costs of acquiring and rehabbing properties, removing a significant barrier for many investors.
  • Coaching and Support: Ongoing coaching, deal review, and team support to help you navigate and succeed in your real estate ventures.
  • Software Tools: Access to software for finding and tracking off-market and pre-auction properties.
  • Profit Sharing: We operate on a 50/50 profit split, ensuring both parties benefit from successful deals.

Potential Earnings and Timeframe

  • Side Hustle Potential: The amount you can make as a side hustle varies depending on the deals you find and complete. Many of our partners successfully balance this with a full-time job.
  • Time to Profit: This depends on the market and how quickly you can find and close deals. Some partners see returns within a few months, while for others it may take longer. Our goal is to help you start making money as efficiently as possible.

Investment Worth

Investing $15,000 to start with Partner Driven includes extensive resources, coaching, and 100% financing of your deals. The 50% profit share reflects the value of these services and the financial risk we take on. Whether it’s worth it depends on your personal goals and financial situation. Many of our partners find the support and resources invaluable for their success.

Hi Guy,

I completely understand your concerns, and it’s always wise to be cautious and do thorough research before committing to any program.

Consistent Offerings and Transparency

The discrepancy you’ve noticed in the pricing from our representatives is certainly not the experience we aim to provide. This feedback is important, and I’ll address it to ensure consistency and transparency in our communication.

Thanks Julie. Sorry for the confusion in my prior comments. I don't have any concerns and haven't attempted to contact your office, or any other coaching program for that matter. I was simply explaining that I have been contacted by many, many investors who thought buying into a program would make them successful quickly. However, I do believe that $15K and 50% of any net profits on and unknown number of deals is a steep price to pay, more especially when there are no leads included. Marketing is the most difficult part of the equation and often the most costly, so spending $15K for coaching and then spending another $10K+ out of the student's pocket to find a potential deal would stretch most new investors. And no, I don't have a coaching program so I don't have a dog in this hunt. Just providing some insight from my 24 years of investing.

Very aggressive. Why would you want to pay Peter Sinwar $15,000.00 only to have him make 50% off the deals you can source and get funded without him.

I don't know Peter Sinwar. However, we actually don't charge 15,000. And, if you don't see the value then that is okay. This may not be for everybody. I wish you the absolute best in all your ventures :)
