**Disappointing Experience with Jerry Norton's 10K Club**

I signed up for Jerry Norton's 10K Club in December last year, hoping to make a successful investment in real estate. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Training and Deal Submission:
It took me a week to understand the training, and I managed to submit my first deal within a month, meeting the criteria. However, the deal was rejected, and I was asked to renegotiate to a much lower price, which was unjustified based on the work needed and comps comparison. Despite this setback, I continued to seek help from the weekly mentorship calls. These calls were supposed to provide guidance, but I rarely got a chance to ask my questions. When I did, the answers were generic and unhelpful, such as "keep trying" and "stick to your market."

Revised Criteria and Deal Approval:
The revised criteria shared by the mentor made it nearly impossible to submit further deals. The deal prices were set so low that no real estate agent was willing to work with such offers, and wholesalers did not accept the 10-day inspection contingency. After analyzing hundreds of deals, the 90 days passed without any deal approval. When I requested a refund, it was denied, and my access to the program was revoked.

Lifetime Access and Upselling:
During the webinar (before joining), Jerry Norton promised lifetime access to the 10K program and the Lot Flipper program for free. However, my access was removed after completing 90 days upon requesting a refund, and I did not receive a refund either. Additionally, I started receiving calls from their team about joining their 1-1 mentorship program right from the first week of signing up in the 10K Club, which cost around $12,000. Despite my refusal to enroll, they kept pushing me to join, claiming it would lead to bigger checks. I decided to wait, suspecting the success of the enrolled program, and I'm glad I did, as I could have lost even more money.

Conclusion:
In my experience, Jerry Norton's 10K Club did not deliver on its promises. The criteria for deal approval were not disclosed upfront, and the program seemed designed to push participants until the refund period expired, leaving them out of pocket. Another thing to be aware of is the upselling of more expensive mentorship programs, where they can make more money. If you're not worried about losing $1,000, you might consider trying it, but otherwise, I recommend staying away. Ultimately, it's crucial to make informed decisions and invest your money wisely.

Does anyone have any recent experience working with Partner Driven Real Estate Company?

I was contacted by their sales team and offered 100% financing of the tuition fee which will be around $15,000. They offer their support by coaching, software for finding/tracking deals(off-market -pre-auction houses), and team support while making deals, also do financing of 100% of deals and split the profit  50/50. They are asking for some done payment & then monthly payment, which varied from the 2 sales reps, who contacted me.

1st representative $2500 Down and then monthly payments till $10,000
2nd representative $1500 Down and then monthly payments till $15,000($5000 higher than the initial offer)

How much you can make as a side hustle if you are on a full-time job as well?

How quickly you can start making money with them?

Is it worth investing $15000 to start with partner-driven as they will still take 50% of the profit in the future?

Please share your feedback, Thank you so much in advance. Have a great day.
