Attorney Review & Home Inspection Period

Hi all, what are a typical attorney review and home inspection period? I am currently looking at a 3-day attorney review and a 10-day home inspection period, which feels very tight. 

Also, do you find an attorney before making the offer to review the contract? Or do you rely on the attorney review period instead?
