My name is Dylan Matry and I am a long-time resident of Grand Rapids, MI. I have always been interested with the idea of real estate investing and have been trying to learn as much as possible.

I've finally made the decision to take the leap and invest in multifamily rental properties. I'm specifically interested in duplexes, triplexes, and fourplexes in Grand Rapids, MI and the surrounding areas.

I am happy to say that I have lived in Grand Rapids for most of my life and have built many great connections and resources locally that I believe would make my journey into real estate investing much easier.

I have been a long-time lurker of this forum and many other real estate investing pages and have learned a lot from this community. I am now excited to be in a position to finally make the jump and start investing in rental properties.

I would love to hear from anyone in the Grand Rapids area who has experience investing in & sourcing multifamily properties. Any tips, tricks, or advice you can offer would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if anyone is aware of any good opportunities currently available, please let me know! I am eager to get started on this new venture and am excited to see where it takes me.
