Looking for some referrals in the greater Columbus area on inspectors & handymen. 

Do you currently own a primary? A good way to get started would be to house hack. I'm also from Grand Rapids, live in Florida now.

Had some minor home improvement tasks, i.e. fence repair and window screens.

What are some things one should be requesting and looking for on seller financing opportunities where the property already has tenets?

I would suggest starting the home buying process. Get a preapproval, connect with a realtor and know what you are looking for. If you want value add make that clear to the agent. If you want to house hack let them know if you would like multifamily or SFH. As long as you're buying long term it's always smarter to buy. You can always refi when rates come back down.

Any recommendations on seller financing books and/or great articles to read up on?
