Quick question for the community

Posted

Hello Bigger pocket community,

I have one question

If I'm opening an LLC for my property, do I create the llc with property state or my residence state? For example, I'm investing out of state in Ohio Cleveland and live in New Jersey

You can do it either way. Create an Ohio LLC or create a NJ LLC and then register it as a foreign entity in Ohio.
