Hello BP community.
Im Uriya Nadav from Israel.
First, forgive me for my English. Not my native language, but im hopping that you get the point.
Second, im newbie to the real estate world, and focusing Milwaukee.
i'd love to hear from you about good areas for my 1st property (low/no crime area), with budget of 100K.
Thanks!

David is correct with his concerns about neighborhood quality. Since 2015 Milwaukee has appreciated 72%, which of course impacts what 100k will buy you.
The median price point is Milwaukee is now 220k, anything below that is class C and D, if you split it even, that makes anything below 110k a class D neighborhood.
