Seen a for sale by owner sign, what do I do??
There is a for sale by owner sign that just went up down the street from me. What do I do now, I wanted to get into real estate and I feel like this is a sign but I don't know what to do. When I call the number what should I ask, what shouldn't I ask, what kind of line of questions should I ask first, how do i NOT shoot myself in the foot... HELP ME PLEASE LOL thanks in advance!!!

@Mickael Castillo a guy who doesn’t want to pay a broker is t likely to be interested in a wholesale deal. You could try owner financing but I would go talk as a neighbor, find out what he is asking then determine your strategy. Write back.
