Hey BiggerPockets fam hoping all is well ! I've been following BP for a little over 5 months now and I'm proud to say it has had such a positive shift in my life! Listening and reading every day stories really has influenced me to take steps I don't know I would've ever taken without BP! I am now currently taking courses to become a licensed real estate agent as well as in the process of getting my VA Loan Pre-Approved to house hack my FIRST property!
