I too was very active on BP for the first few years in my career.
I also just received my license, well see how that goes. I dont think ill get rich from selling real estate, but im confident it can help propel me forward in obtaining more of my own real estate.
I went from w2 working nights and weekends fixing up my own houses, to starting my own remodeling business, and now rentals & real estate full time. Its been rewarding so far, and definitely wouldnt have been able to fully pursue my dreams/goals without real estate.

Thanks Brian, I’ve been obsessed with BP ever since I found it. I’m definitely busy with multiple things but I made sure that I MADE time to absorb information from BP and I feel real comfortable taking action. I also don’t believe I will necessarily “get rich” as an agent but it’ll definitely help put you in front of many doors of opportunity which is why I also want to pursue it.
I currently work a W2 in the HVAC field & have two independent businesses as personal trainer & public notary. I plan to alter things to focus primarily around real estate once my property / license start rolling!

Hey BiggerPockets fam hoping all is well ! I've been following BP for a little over 5 months now and I'm proud to say it has had such a positive shift in my life! Listening and reading every day stories really has influenced me to take steps I don't know I would've ever taken without BP! I am now currently taking courses to become a licensed real estate agent as well as in the process of getting my VA Loan Pre-Approved to house hack my FIRST property! Super excited and would love for everyone ( if they want ) to drop what they do and their specialty in real estate ! Whether you're a builder , investor, agent , contractor , etc !
