Flipping a new MFH Between Salem and Roseburg Oregon

Hi everyone I'm looking into having a new manufactured home built and put on a lot somewhere between Salem and Roseburg Oregon. I'm having a hard time finding land that allows for an FHA loan and for manufactured home to be built on it that's in my budget. Any advice on how I might be able to find more land postings
