FHA loans and refinancing
Hello - suppose I wanted to purchase a fixer upper with an FHA loan and provide some repairs to the house. What would be the best way for me to then benefit from the new after repair value of the home? Should/can I refinance through a traditional loan? Assume I am house hacking and I'm living in the home as my primary residence.
Thanks!
