How to invest in real estate in Vancouver in 2021?

Hi everyone. I just finished reading Brandon Turner's "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down." While aimed at an American audience, this still got me interested in investing in Vancouver using creative financing.

I have saved up $10,000. Is there anyway I can invest in buy-and-hold properties (or flip properties) with this amount of money using creative financing?

Thanks

@Account Closed  $10k in Vancouver (or anywhere in the lower mainland / Fraser Valley isn't going to work, unfortunately.  I suppose that you can connect with others and pool resources if you are dead set on investing here, but I would instead focus on growing your savings while researching alternative markets
