Realtor.ca Listing for Lease - No Agent/Commissions

Hi all,

There are many reputable companies who will list properties (for sale) on realtor.ca for a flat fee without the use of an agent, hence saving commissions, but I haven't been able to find anyone reputable for leases.  I've searched around and came across a few poorly designed websites on Google with no reviews anywhere who offer the rental listings.  

I'm turning around to the community for help, does anyone have any recommended companies they would suggest that offer the realtor.ca listing service for a flat fee, no commission?
