Hi there, I live near Edmonton Alberta Canada. I am new to real estate and I want to know how to buy houses and keep buying houses without the bank telling me I'm maxed out for borrowing. My main goal would be the brrrr process but I'm interested in pretty much any investing. I'm also looking for commercial investing. I'm looking into potentially investing for a school who is looking to go private and needs to create income. What would it look like to create 100k a month income? Potentially investing up to 3 million to get to this point. If there are individuals in Alberta that I could meet with to learn the way, it would be greatly appreciated.

Good big goal @Steve Kozmeniuk

But I would like to challenge you on the "keep buying houses" mindset. Rentals are like acres of land - more isn't better.

I beat you want cash flow more than rentals. So, once you get a rental, be sure to optimize it's cash flow potential before buying another rental.

Best to you!
