@Zorya Belanger ok thank you.

I have been pondering real estate investing for a few years now but haven’t gone ahead with anything. I joined BiggerPockets before but then stopped following for a while.

Basically I like the Brrr process. I know there are tons of resources out there to help my figure out numbers but I prefer mentorship. So my plan is to connect with some people so I can build a relationship.

I have also considered looking into and taking my realtor licence. So I’m looking for insight into what it looks to become a realtor.

@Zorya Belanger thanks for reaching out. I have some thoughts on how to get started and would love for some people to offer feedback and insight into some of my plans. And also here others stories.

As far as the meet ups, is it just due to Covid that they aren’t happening?

Hi Meghan, I currently own an acreage with one rental and my family in the other. I have some equity in this place as we bought it super cheap and fixed up the place. I could possibly buy another house to flip, but I'm interested in rentals because of the cash flow.

Sorry, I meant Chris. In other words, who are these money lenders other than the bank? Are they regularly people with a ton of cash?

Thanks for you input guys. Maybe this is just a given and I should know this but I can't seem to find this info anywhere, but how do you keep buying homes as rentals and creating cash flow without hitting a borrowing barrier (max borrowed amount)? I have equity to go and buy another rental. But at some point I won't be able to borrow. Is there a way to do this quickly or is it always going to be a waiting game? Ps: how do I private message?

Hi there, I live near Edmonton Alberta Canada. I am new to real estate and I want to know how to buy houses and keep buying houses without the bank telling me I'm maxed out for borrowing. My main goal would be the brrrr process but I'm interested in pretty much any investing. I'm also looking for commercial investing. I'm looking into potentially investing for a school who is looking to go private and needs to create income. What would it look like to create 100k a month income? Potentially investing up to 3 million to get to this point. If there are individuals in Alberta that I could meet with to learn the way, it would be greatly appreciated.
