What are you thoughts??

Anyone have creative ways to get this financed 100%? As im buying a a significant discount, there shouldn't be an issue in getting the entire deal financed,

I'm a 1/2 owner of a SFH in Kissimmee, Florida and my partner wants out. They commenced a partition suit and we have been battling. Finallyy partner has come to his senses and is allowing me to buy him out. The FMV is $260k I'm able to pick it up for 200k.

I need financing for this deal and would like to skip the extra paperwork that conventional lenders are offering, UNLESS they can offer something sweet.

Please let me know what can be done buy you talented financiers on BiggerPockets!

Thanks!

You can mail the executed deed to the Clerk’s office for recording, as long as you include the proper recording fees.

Thanks, yes I'm going to have the deed drafted duly executed and sent to the recording office with the proper fees. Thank you.

Hey guys,

I'd like to change ownership of a property in Florida. I'm currently in Toronto and don't want to have to travel to florida to register a new deed.

What is the best method for me to get the ownership changed from overseas?
