Question about extra fees when wholesaling
Hey BP!
I have a question regarding all of the extra fees that come when wholesaling an unwanted house (Specifically in Edmonton, Alberta).
Lets say I found a distressed house that needs some work and I have a fix & flip investor who wants to buy it from me. Who would usually pay the extra costs that come before closing? By "extra costs" I am referring to things such as home inspections, tile checks, closing costs, etc.
Thanks again BP!
