Best Rental Suite? 2/2?
Hi all,
Looking to venture into the small multifamily space (6 - 12 units). I have always assumed 2br/2bath would be the ideal setup for rental. However looking at the current inventory there are a lot of 1br/1bath setups or even bachelor suites. Am I wrong the easiest setup to rent would be a 2/2 or 2/1?
What would be your ideal rental unit in terms of bedroom and bathroom count? Please provide some reasoning to your choice so I can understand where you are coming from.
