Can You Self-Manage a Property That's 4 Hours Away?
I've owned distant rental homes for years, and have had mostly good success with local property managers. However in this case, I have a feeling finding a new manager is going to be difficult and so I'm wondering if this is something I can take on by myself using software tools, a network of local vendors and perhaps an "assistant" who can show properties, etc. Would appreciate your thoughts.
